Just thinking outside the box, try this on for size only suspicion and no back up data. OK

Despite all the assurances to the contrary, I suspect FAR are not being treated fairly by the other JV partners and in more ways than one and for a number of reasons. Perhaps there is now a little pay back and skulduggery being applied and as FAR could now represent both a possible threat and a conflict of interests. Mistrust and suspicion may have been brought about by a number of reasons, FAR not dropping their PE aspirations, the fact they are also familiar with all the inside information and are now in a business relationship with a big brother who represents the opposition to the other JV partners. Also FAR from what we have been told have a sympathetic ear with both governments that matter.
FAR represent a partner that is growing tenticals in many directions and transforming into a threat that should be taken seriously and/ or taken out and all options are now in play. IMO
