I agree HT. I have been trying to make the same point on this forum and to current shareholders. Take the question of funds of the table and Mylan will have to deal with this and make a serious offer. Also I think each side will have a better idea how this will go during and after arbitration. I personally don't think Mylan want to get to this point if they know POH can fully fund their action. If you are a shareholder and you want the best outcome possible then participation in the CR is vital. Remember the board s offer to give a one off arbitration payout to shareholders on an increasing scale. That's a very fair offer to shareholders and a clear sign of what's at stake and the Boards confidence IMO. So if you can participate in this CR, now is the time if you were ever going to. It will be the making of this company again, IMO.
