    Just a couple points:
    1. You don't know that Niako investments stopped accumulating shares when they hit 17.5 million. That just happened to be their holding when the reached the trigger that required them to notify the market that they had become a substantial holder. They may well have continued to acquire shares, and in my opinion have likely done just that.
    2. Dollar cost averaging only makes sense if you expect a rising market longer term. Dollar cost averaging in a market you expect to continue to fall is a complete nonsense, it only increases the loss. The conclusion is inescapable that Niako Investments thinks that the value of Metabolic will rise longer term. That they might be very wrong in this assessment is not germane; the point is that they continued to put money into the company AFTER the ACV1 cancellation announcement.
    3.buddfox's point remains valid.
