the voting laws need to be changed - people need a drivers license, and when they get a bit old, they need a need a doctors certificate (or something) to verify they can still drive.

maybe for voting, and for a whole range of other things, people should have to sit for an iq test every 5 years to see if they have the brains to make an informed decision
