    I dont think its a votibg thing... more like gentle persuasion followed by a gun to the head. This debate has been going on for 4 yrs now and the RBA wants to move forward, hence the deadline of 27th August. I would be surprised if we got a decision on the 27th. I think more likely is a statement from the RBA stating time is up and they will be making a decision by the next meeting etc etc.
