Sadly in some places in the Bible, the translators had a mindset of some areas, belief, so when it came to selecting the correct English word to align with the Hebrew and Greek, often there is a range of words to choose from, so their minds determined which word they used.
Example - John 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Man despite what the Greek actually says, created this thought that the "Same" was in fact another being instead of the word of God. Some or many Bibles now have added "HE" instead of the Same so they could carry on this deception.
Sadly though, many for whatever reason, are unaware or will not have a bar of this Change and that is no matter how many other verses you supply which show, the "He" addition can simply Not be correct.
But there are no surprises he because, this type of thing is well and truly covered in the Bible and we are told it would happen.
So God's word has not changed but man's tampering with it.
Never the less, the Key basics of what we need to know, are well and truly in the current Bibles BUT, one has to look for themselves and NOT just follow the thoughts that someone else PUTS in their mind as that is the common thread for ALL the varying Christian faiths we have = Very simple really.
So that which was in the beginning, The Word of Life, appears to have been lost a long time ago.
So one can only hope that one day, Let there be light to shine on God's truth, and it shines out of many.
