Suggesting the burning of churches and breaching privacy by robo-text message are both not allowed in most modern democracies. Head butting a person for their beliefs would, if proven, be regarded as a "hate crime" in America. Bail would be automatically refused for hate related crime in America and England even Europe these days.
I am surprised the law in Australia allows for people to suggest the burning of churches in banners, breach privacy by text and headbutt politicians. Those three examples would result in bail being refused in most democracies.
