I thought as much. I have no problem with this. It makes sense, its just a shame it came to this. It wasn't really what I signed up for and we are here holding our breath on the valuation. Was I going to sell my shares in the meantime? No I wasn't. But a suspension is never a good thing, and this has hurt the BHD share price. I would love to buy a Call Option on BHD

Does anyone know anything about this company? I might head down to the Manly office and have a squiz. Is it worth $11m? You'd want them to be clearing $2m NPAT on that price. Coming in at $6 is good for us too. Again, someone is selling their business into this price which augers well for us. As arms length as it may or may not be.

American Express currency exchange assets

The Board of HML advises that JB Financial has completed all documentation in relation its acquisition of certain assets of American Express Wholesale Currency Services Pty Limited (Amex Wholesale).
Is this what we were looking at before or is this a different scaled back version?

Completion has been set for early October 2017.
Well I don't know why it has taken so long but yes, I expected this. I imagine that they have been stalling BDOs to wait until this drops. And if this does drop in, then JBFG+ JBL will be a very compelling IPO

These third party consents are still the subject of consideration by those third parties.
