A bit of both. There is no quality communication with substance and the miscommunication if you will around revenues, you can call it what you like, has been woeful.
What did you make of the comment, "EV can use existing systems for commercial operations in the 3rd quarter?" Interested in understanding your thoughts. Rather material if you ask me given the stage of the business model, and we have no announcement about anything revenue based in the US around these systems which is what they said was going to happen.
Then multiply that by about, I've lost count, of all the times they announced revenues. Any thoughts would be helpful because it doesn't matter how many times i read those announcements I come to the same conclusions. What am I missing?
