how do i exercise my options anyone know

    I've got some options HDGO which expire next month apparantly.

    My question is, how do I exercise them? Will I be sent out a letter from the company inviting me to exercise them and send them a cheque or is up to me to contact them and say I want to exercise them etrc?

    Sorry, but I've never been in a position to exercise options before.
