How on earth can you say that the Victorian "ONSHORE" moratorium doesn't help - OBL's resource is offshore !!! You have clearly not read the announcements or report over the last 9 months!!
OBL was a complete shambles before the sorting out started end of Q3 last year
The resource has been reassessed and is now deemed considerably larger than the previous definitions had been
I would suggest that this is simply the start of upward progress.
Shareholders very lucky not to have lost the asset completely due to poor previous management
