That is one theory and have certainly noticed that options often move before the heads - someone commented that the opt holders dont have to report - that could make some sense........
But in the case of emr - the sp has done stuff all in the last few months yet the premium remains
Rau is another one with overpriced options
I cant see any method in it all - but that is the market for you
