Good point – not much discussion however, about what could be a strong shareprice mover.
Stated very simply.
APG has Cash = $503k & Recieveables = $207k to pay bills of $1,088k, that could fall due over the next 12 months. This is a shortfall of $378k.
Where APG find the money to fund the current $378k shortfall – and the extra $1-2million needed to just keep the company going for the next 12 months ?
Some recent posters mentioned that APG will have another whack of R&D refund to coming in very soon – but don’t count on this for salvation.
In the accounts APG has previously counted the money it expects to receive from the R&D Tax Refund as a Recieveable for that year.
I strongly suspect that the above Recieveables = $207k is the R&D Refund amount, APG expects to receive from the ATO in 2017/18.
So with a current $378k shortfall which includes the expected 2017/18 R&D Tax refund – where will APG get some cash?
False9 – in your conversations with management – any mention of a Capital Raising ????
