Management do not deserve their options for the simple fact they don't know how to manage a project. Grow a set and realise when you don't deserve a dime more than your directors fee due to the fact you have underperformed and mismanaged owner expectations.
Don't over analyse the simple fact this is, yet again, another underperformance by this team.
