The purchase of a new asset may give new support to the capital raising option, but they have not indicated anything is imminent and I wonder how long the ASX will allow this to drag on.

Hopefully they will pull a finger out and find a few investors prepared to pay a fair price. If they go down the delisting path it is not the end end of the world when you have a viable profitable company. Small shareholders do have protections and they can not compulsorily buy us out for nix.

I anxiously await the next announcement. Very frustrating that they never seem to be in any hurry to keep us informed.

Dont see the point in maintaining un-diluted shares for Taurus, if they cannot trade or sell it.

Seems to me like they want to spend their cash without shareholder approval.
