Hi Nil, Western Australia recently completed a enquiry into fracking that found that it was safe but have now put a moratorium on it whilst they conduct another inquiry on a practice that has been around for about 70 years. And then they whinge that they aren't getting enough royalties into their budget. Prime candidates for my "lunacy levy"
