hmm reading many of nightstalkers posts im not so sure if his post about AWS is that accurate..for a start the creditors meeting is next wednesday not next friday...also it will be then and only then that the outline is given...i have these notices to post to u....
9/8/07-administrators advise of the realisation of the Group's 2 retail divisions (previously trading under Hugall and Hoile in WA and Turf and Irrigation in the Eastern States) - this follows the previous sales of a number of individual retail stores - the wholesaling division continues to trade and administrators are assessing recapitalisation opportunities
17/8/07the Administrators anticipate that a report will be sent to creditors shortly - the Group’s second meeting of creditors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 29 August 2007 - the report will detail the options available for the Group, and the Administrators’ recommended course of action.....cheers
