Was LIT's takeover of LPD really that unsuccessful?
LIT has 15% of LPD, and makes it a small success.
LPD preferred to follow a different path with a capital raising. LIT also took a different directions in its business strategy and now includes value adding materials for batteries, such as cathodes and recycling.
The ASX has plenty of companies that make a takeover offer for another company and dose not proceed. This is not significant.
Future growth strategy for LIT is what is important to investors.
