We can always interpret comments in many ways but I got the feeling she is 100 % convinced - or maybe already knows due to early results ? - that the vax and the mimotope technology are the long awaited breakthrough. And she refers again to the reaction of the big pharma when the results will be that good.
Maybe between the lines " If you don't buy shares / partner with us now you will regret. "
Let's see if the market notices this interview, but I wouldn't be surprised to see 1.5c today as the big buy order has been removed from 1.6c and some may fill their pants just because of that.
