If you look at the top 20 they own 39.69% of the total shares (280,116,635 shares)
Assuming that at any SOA or any other vote only 50% of the total approx 705Mil shareholders vote.
That would be approx 357 Mil who vote.
And assuming that all of the top 20 39.69% of the total shares (280,116,635 shares) vote in support any SOA or against any removal of the Board.
Then you will have a position where 280,116,635 shares vote to keep the Board etc and only 77 Mil (approx) against.
That is a ratio of 72.5% in favor and 27.5 against.
Good luck with trying to get more support from the apathetic balance.
The reality is that the shareholders are snookered.
