    Ian Parker of Hartleys says
    "BDL's core business is the contracting of rock-breaking services to the quarrying,constuction and mining Iindustries.BDL holds the patent for PCL Technology.On October 3 it announced it had been awarded a five-year contract,subject to formal execution,valued at $16million for drill services at Ensham Coal Mine in the Bowen Basin,Queensland.The project is scheduled to start on November 1"
