As an Insurance Broker, I can confidently say the the Insurer has pay if the company complied to all the conditions of the appropriate "housing" of the precious stones. To me it's a testament of their current security measures that has not seen something like this happen before. Its also a testament to their current procedures that only low quality stones were stolen.
