They possibly have sell orders in a little higher and are trying to get other buyers sucked in to take out their sell orders. If you want it go up load the buy side. If you want it to go down load the sell side. I often wish the internet would drop out on some of these characters at 10-00 am so they cannot withdraw their orders.
