If you have a plan to cut one of your children out of your will because you have a valid reason the only way to safe guard your wishes is to do it before you die.
If it comes to a court battle the only people that get any money are the lawyers.
My only advice to anyone who is contemplating leaving one or all of their children out of their will is to get the best lawyer they can afford and ask their advice.
The courts don't care what the dead person wants because they can't challenge the decision.

Zipper, precisely what my will writer / solicitor said, if you want to leave somebody "out" of your will, you should leave them a miniscule amount to show your intent to make contesting it tougher. 10 year old WA advice.
