I’m thinking TH as well but for other reasons like a juicy market sensitive nugget about the China JV. They announced it with the QQ signing and with a timeline, that wasn’t necessary if the idea was still in its infancy, management normally have these “bigger” nuggets quite advanced before they advise the market. I posted about it back then that was significant for me, and it still is.

I’m expecting some form of proposed structure or framework on which to build on going forward. Declaring the China JV intent so early indicates significant talks had taken place.

One other thing, which I’m hoping the more savvy types on here might be able to interpret for us. Does this snippet from the upcoming EGM notice say that management want, after the QQ shares are handed out, the capacity made available again to issue 15% under Listing Rule 7.1? To issue shares to who another off-take partner?

Maybe I am imagining things..........
