I still dont see that them just viewing the rubies as necessitating a trading halt. Compare us to say a gold explorer. A company receives assays from the lab, and places the stock in a TH until they can frame the announcement & have it checked & signed by the geo. This to protect the sensitive info from leaking through their's and lab staff etc.
Well, MUS has dozens of employees who are handling the stuff each day right now. We have pics of them in bags by the thousands, we have brought in consulting gemologists to help with the grading etc. There would easily be 50 or more people who will be intimately aware of the quality of the rubies prior to the auction. Yet no TH is needed! Why would we need one when the buyers come take a look?
My thoughts only ... But who knows what the ASX will want to do!
