Yes Monday the 30th. The buyers will have had two days to inspect the rubies in detail and then have the ability to trade on this inside information or leak the information to someone else if we aren’t in a trading halt on Monday.
Even if the information doesn’t leak the traders would be able to play very silly games just pretending the information leaked. Imagine what would happen if 10 million shares were dumped into the opening auction on Monday morning?
