    Rights issue shares are in my account.

    I didn't sell any of my rights in either account...... paid for all of my rights .... plus a few extra in both accounts.......

    Didn't get one extra share. Thats more than scaled back !!!!

    So who got all the shortfall 'extra' shares ??????
