Firstly.... either way....Resloution 3 with 15 million shares issued as "performance bonuses" he will do well either way.....
and
Secondly, even if KB doesn't want a takeover, a lowball bid KB and BoD can turn down without making an announcement...... a bid that is reasonable... KB's view doesn't matter as he is obligated to put it to the Sh'ers.
I've been saying for a while there has been deathly silence on the GL deal... I'm going with 100% they are now out.
