Under take over rules 20% is a blocking stake, 5% is a slice of pie, but a few interested purchasers could lead to a fantastic price if it gets to a bidding war.
In the mean time keep proving up the reserves and work towards GSA. The board have done a great job and understood the long game. I doubted them for many years but at least I held on.
