Only problem is an institution wont by on market. look at today $88,000 in trade can push this thing up 11%. An institution wanting say a 2 mill stake, will approach management and say issue me 2 mill a at 10% discount to market. They will get it and dilute all of us in the process. Spineless management at all companies issue discounts to instos all the time, make them build there stake on the market and reward the holders in the process as the price increases
