and yes, without CFDA registration there is no general import sales allowed after Jan 1, 2018.........so until BUB gets CFDA, it can only sell cross border (koala and other platforms) and rely on daigou
yes, daigou can be important for market entry, but if one has a good offline distributor, then securing offline distribution into retail stores can mitigate lack of saigon (or even render them irrelevant)
