I hope I haven't read your post wrong.

Management and HC holders (and presumably most holders) consider the assets to be high value. I also consider progress in SK to be at great knots, and cant really fault WA either. I don't think anyone should sell out because of a grievance with management awarding themselves such a good deal. I think we should vote as one, and let them know how we are feeling. There has been talk on this thread alone that there is potentially 8.5M votes of No, more who haven't showed their hand. Still not enough to vote it down, but Garry Branch will, as well as many more I would imagine.
