Certainly makes one wonder what ever happened to accountability of directors to shareholders.
Trouble is that shareholders now expect to be ripped off as a matter of course and are loathed to speak up against it at the AGM.
That being the case then they deserve to be relieved of their hard earned dollars by those much smarter.
The share market is a vehicle for removing wealth from trusting and honest people to the greedy and dishonest.
