Yep - delay to 12 Feb 2018, as the court has allowed further aspects of the dam operation expert's testimony, so the case has been delayed to allow the defendants time to appraise this and apprise themselves of this new testimony.
The delay to December seems technical, for the Case resumes in February 2018
