Just because it has not run yet. Does not mean it will not in the future. Yes its struggling more than other IO plays. However the whole sector is still in a bearish mindset. And it can take a long time to reverse this downside momentum. But I do think that a major upswing is coming. And when it does don't be surprised to see this back in the 50 + cent range fairly quick.
