You know as well as me the majority of votes win and if you want to win buy more shares then you can have your way simple.
It is no good complaining because you only have a few share compared to others as you know the situation before you purchased your shares one vote per share.
But on the other hand 1 share can drop the SP just the same as 1 share can increase the SP and that makes a big difference to your value if you have a large holding and a little difference if you have a small holding.
