IMO you have little knowledge of VXR and are hardly in a position to advise someone to do some research.
For a start, if you had done yours you would know VXR closed a $3.75m cap raising last month. You might also have read that their Sulphur Springs base metals development has an NPV+$300m against a MC of $60m. So with or without gold they are under valued!
I also question why you have posted the same information twice in this thread and in the STT thread.?
