BUT Do you think China/India will suddenly shut shop and the US will continue in recession for 5-10 years?Have a look at this item

plus any other I could pick up on Asian growth.ITS NOT GOING TO COME TO A HAULT ANY TIME SOON.Strong zinc demand will remain and I doubt we will see the price below $1.20.Why does one think ZFX has restructured primarily into a miner?Simple really.

I would suggest when you have one guy DUMPING his shares into a raising that HE was not good for the job.Whatever the case,whether you have a personal interest behind any of these staff they were not seen as RIGHT for the challenges ahead and I would tend to agree with their lack of market savvy with regrads to offtakes marketing etc etc etc.

In actual fact there are less incentive options on the table(2 million less) post this new round of options issued,a fact that the company was at pains to emphasise.

Shareholders standing idly by???I dont think they did with the vote.They expressed their concerns quite well I thought.

4)Westwind?Tell me any broker that doesnt want to make a quid out of raisings!!!FACT of the matter is if JPM?NS were unhappy with this aspect why are they still in!!!Ive I asked you this before PR but to no avail.For some reason you avoid it like the plague.lol

5)Mumbwa?Who knows how this is going to pan out,but if its big enough for BHP to get stuck in Aim will do nicely even with their %.If not big enough Aim may be able to go it alone.

So why were the escrows taken up so strongly by the Nth Americans.Canadian only listed investment instruments I believe.TSX ipo some time soon?

10)Personally I dont want a merger,except with BHP on Mumbwa.Shareholder value with such a project as Perkoa comes from persistence and eventual project development/cash flow.Thats what gives it the asset base/cashfloe to move into other projects.
