Nothing new about a dispute in this game. Unlikely to bring the end with that amount $. At what cost to the SH's is probably more the point and who will get the cheap placement.

Likely to be a little more ST pain to come here, however, this dispute will drag out for a while and they'll probably settle somewhere in the middle I'd expect.

Mentioned PYBAR's credibility early on and got shot for it - even threatened with defamation for hinting of their record. Hopefully the management team have learnt and will do some DD before awarding contracts next time. Always a tough call when money is tight though, part of the start-up challenges for a junior I guess.

Good luck, hopefully BAPL doing their thing to contribute to a good turnaround story. Might be a longer ride than expected.
