Cursory glance through the annual report
Looks like one of the new shareholders is going to take up their current placement plus and extra $4.5m in the upcoming capital raising.
On page 79 it uses a multiplier of 18x the current capital amount to convert to Jdc shares, this could be an insight into the current valuations being used for Jdc.
