    Baby and bathwater gone.
    A sublease mining deal still on a much larger table not exclusive to cnq.
    Guess it's just the finer points where negotiation skill and some entrepeneurial capability to get the ball rolling.
    Maybe it already is !
    Mcq showed an awful lot of patience, imo.
