i'll be buying banks at what i percieve to be value areas , FOMC in sept should see rate cut , likely rescue markets again . picking the spot to buy between now and then is the million dollar question . unlikely to be a flush of scared bulls like aug 16 imo so it will be harder . wouldnt be shocked to see test of lows though . you have to be dynamic
