    The company is consolidating/merging (Sholl,FABfone and OneNetwork) into Mobi and thus the huge number of scrip.

    Plenty of announcements on the way to buffer the consolidation on a 1:25 basis.

    Anyone investing into this company needs to have a good read of the Information Memorandum highlighting the upcoming EGM.
