If you have access to the other site, do a search and you will see that prior, during and after the most recent spike (Dec. 2006), I had similar issues (not the same).

Even prior to the spike of 2006-2007 I made some posts querying the validity of some of the assumptions being made!

After the spike, namely around the Jan 8, 2007, I made some comments about the sp, which went down like a figging lead ballon!!...It didn't make my comments any less valid.

But like I always say;
1) I will always let the market do the talking for me.
2) I like balanced views. I may not like what I am seeing, but at least my eyes are open.
3) Don't listen to me. Do your own research. I am not a qualified financial advisor!!!
