IMO Huayou are sitting in the box seat with a vested interest, the unknown factor will be who else has eyes for AVZ, and will they come to the table when the cards are dealt? ..word is many are looking . Price point and structure of any 1st offer received will the catyalast as to the strength of any rebuttal by others.
