i don't know if you were being sarcastic but i will act is if you were being genuine.

on sep 11 2001, war was declared on america.4 airplanes were hijacked with the intention of killing people on american soil.the headline in the age on the following day declared"war on america".

i'm yet to see a headline saying bin laden surrenders, so i can only assume the war on terror is still on.

america and allies have responded to this war by detaining potential threats,removing the taliban and removing saddam from power in iraq.al quaeda have responded by trying to destroy the attempts to bring prosperity to these two countries.only yesterday a tape was released by bin laden urging all haters to destroy the attemps of america and allies to build a society in iraq.i suspect they fear that if iraq works their days are numbered.

the war on terror continues and will for many decades until the leaders of this dark organisation have no supporters.
