I don't know how these things work (so may be off base), but isn't it possible that the company was given advance notice that a decision has been made or the date it will be recorded before it happens officially?

As magpieagogo mentioned, their announcements don't follow the norms (it reads a bit bluntly).

Here's hoping we see a positive outcome with mining lease approved and they can start processing that silver!
