I had for many years worked long hours mainly in a physical capacity as a HD plant fitter in mining and land development in remote locations. Often an average of 12/13 hours a day 7 days a week fifo 6/1 in extremes of heat and cold.
I can unequivocally state that that was easy compared to the mental processing of information, risk management and psychological demands of trading.
Try both and then compare.
Trading is far more fun as well :)
(I am bordering on being a sadist...lol)
