Unlikely to go below 20s as good earnings will act as a floor. The company has produced pretty extraordinary growth in NPAT and is projected to do so regardless of whether the subprime debacle worsens or not.
Surprising that it got hammered so badly but it did go up at a pretty astounding pace. Sentiment is hammering SP but remember sentiment is short term, whilst fundamentals will dictate longer term success.
Very easy 50% profit could be made from this sort of SP levels. It has triggered buy ratings from all analyst.
